Account & Billing
Memberships, renewals, cards, and accessHow do I stop an upcoming renewal? Most common
- Log in and open My OWS → Overview.
- Find Upcoming renewals.
- Select Pause Renewal beside the membership you do not want to renew.
- Answer the short question and follow the final choice shown on the page.
Pausing stops the next automatic charge. You will keep access through the end of the membership period you already paid for.
Some eligible Inner Circle members may see a one-time option to stay for the 2026 season at $129. You can accept that option or continue to pause your renewal.
How do I update or replace the card used for a membership? Most common
- Open My OWS → Account Info.
- Select the Billing tab.
- Find the membership you want to update and select Manage Card.
- Add and save the new card. Saving it makes that card the payment method for that membership.
- Once the replacement is current, you can remove the old card.
If you have more than one recurring membership, check each one separately to make sure it uses the card you want.
I was charged and wasn’t expecting it. What should I do?Most common
Email support@oneweekseason.com from the email connected to your OWS account. Include the charge date, amount, and what you expected to happen.
We’ll review the account and help you resolve it. Charges and refunds can only be handled through email—not Discord—so your information stays with the right support process.
How can I see what will renew and what I’ll be charged?
Open My OWS → Overview. The Upcoming renewals section shows the membership, renewal date, and expected amount. Memberships that will not renew are shown separately as paused or past access.
If anything is missing or does not match what you expected, email support before purchasing again.
My membership or access does not look right.
First, log out of OWS and sign back in with the email used for your purchase. Then open Membership & Courses and refresh the page.
If the purchase or membership is missing, email support with your OWS account email and the product you purchased. If the membership is visible but a page still says you are not authorized, Discord Support is usually the fastest place for troubleshooting.
How do I change my email, display name, or password?
Open My OWS → Account Info and use the Profile tab. Update your information, then select Save Changes.
If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset option on the login page. If you no longer have access to the email on the account, email support so we can verify the account before changing it.
Discord
Connection, roles, and support channelsHow do I join and connect the OWS Discord? Most common
- Join the OWS Discord.
- Make sure your browser is logged into the Discord account you want to use.
- Open My OWS → Account Info → Discord.
- Select Connect Discord or Reconnect Discord, then authorize the connection.
Your OWS membership roles should sync automatically after the connection completes.
I’m connected to Discord but still can’t see my private channels. Most common
- Log out of both OWS and Discord.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Log into the correct Discord account first.
- Log back into OWS and select Reconnect Discord from Account Info → Discord.
- Refresh Discord.
If the channels are still missing, post in the Discord support area and tell us which membership and channels you expected to see.
What should I ask in Discord Support?
Discord is the best place for connection problems, missing channels, Bink or Sims help, site errors, and quick questions. Include the page or tool, what you were trying to do, the exact error, your device/browser, and a screenshot when helpful.
Do not post card information or private billing details in Discord. Charges, refunds, renewals, and account-specific billing must be handled by email.
Bink Machine
Bink, Sims, access, and quick fixesA page says “not authorized” or will not open.
- Confirm you are signed into the OWS account that owns the membership.
- Log out, sign back in, and refresh the page.
- Try a private/incognito window or clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Check My OWS → Overview to make sure the expected membership appears.
If your membership appears correctly but access still fails, ask in Discord Support and include the page URL and a screenshot. If the membership itself is missing, email support.
I’m having a problem with Bink Machine or Sims. Most common
Discord Support is the fastest route. Tell us:
- Whether the issue is in Bink Machine or Sims
- The contest site and slate
- Your device and browser
- The exact step that failed and any error message
- A screenshot, when useful
If your Bink or Sims purchase is missing from your account entirely, email support instead.
Where do I find my memberships, courses, and weekly content?
My OWS → Overview shows your active access and upcoming renewals. Membership & Courses shows your memberships, upgrades, past access, and courses.
During the NFL season, use the site menu for the current NFL Edge, The Scroll, Tools, and NFL Props.
